70% to 80% a year,
fixed and guaranteed
One rate for every investor, whatever the amount. Profit is earned every month, your first payout arrives at month three, and your full capital comes back to you at the end of the two years. No equity is transferred and no ownership changes hands.
Profit is earned every month from the day you invest. The first three months are held and paid together as one amount at month three, so nothing is lost by waiting for it. From month four it reaches you every month.
Your capital comes back in full and automatically at twenty-four months, and the profit closes with it.
Capital cannot be taken out during the first six months. After that you may ask for it in writing at any time, and it is returned sixty days after you give that notice. Profit keeps running through those sixty days, up to the day the capital is paid, and ends there. Nothing is deducted for leaving.
One rate. Seventy to eighty
There are no tiers and no entry levels. Every investor is on the same rate, whether they come in with a little or a great deal.
Why one month is 71% and another is 78%
The rate is set month by month from the company's actual monthly income. Finance closes the month, and the rate for that month is set inside the band against what the business genuinely collected.
A strong month sits at the top of the band. A quieter one sits nearer the floor. But the floor itself does not move: 70% is the worst month you can have, 80% is the best. Nothing lands outside those two numbers.
So the amount reaching you moves a little from one month to the next. What never moves is the minimum.

Seventy per cent a year is contractual. Your profit cannot fall below it in any month, whatever that month looked like for the company. Eighty per cent is the ceiling — a strong month cannot carry it higher. Both numbers are written into the agreement you sign, and neither of them is a projection.
What your amount returns
Type any amount, in any of six currencies. Every figure is shown across the guaranteed band — from the 70% floor to the 80% ceiling.
The first payout arrives at month three and carries the first three months together. After that, profit reaches you every month. Your full capital is returned at the end of the two years, on top of the profit above. Conversion rates are indicative — the rate on the day you invest is the one that applies.

What SnexusAI actually is
The asset at the centre of this. Not a hologram, not a headset — software.

SnexusAI is an AI operating system for companies.
It answers customers in eight languages by text or by voice. It watches every visitor on a website, scores how serious they are, and captures the ones worth calling into a CRM that is already built in. Behind that sit eight AI departments that produce finished work — proposals, quotations, campaigns, reports — rather than advice about work.
One line of code puts it on any website. It replaces a chat widget, a CRM, and a good deal of what an agency charges a retainer for.
That is the platform being taken to Abu Dhabi, and that is what an acquirer is valuing.

By 2030, every industry runs on AI
Not one sector. All of them.
Property, trading, retail, logistics, healthcare, education — none of them will be run the way they are run today.
Every one of those industries is being rebuilt around artificial intelligence. The companies that move now will be the ones the others buy their systems from. The companies that wait will be buying.
This is the reason we are not raising money to trade or to build property. We are building the layer that all of those industries will be sitting on.
The people who shift now are the ones who will be on the right side of it.

The work is changing, not disappearing
Forty-one per cent of jobs are expected to be replaced within five years. That figure frightens people, and it should not. What it actually means is that the work moves.
Roles that are repetitive, rule-based and predictable go first — data entry, basic support, routine processing. What stays and grows are the roles around the machine: people who direct it, train it, sell it, and understand the business it is running.
Those are the roles we are hiring for, and the ones we place our investors into. You are not competing with the technology. You are joining the side that owns it.
Nations are already competing for this
The United States and China are in an open race for control of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, quantum computing and the infrastructure underneath them. Governments are treating it the way they once treated energy.
The Gulf has chosen its position deliberately — the UAE and Saudi Arabia are investing at national scale to become the third centre of gravity, and Abu Dhabi is where that intent is on display every October.
Spectra Nexus is a UAE Free Zone company with headquarters in Dubai and Riyadh, already inside that programme.

Which work grows, and which work goes
The picture is the same in every market we operate in. The roles growing fastest towards 2030 sit around the technology itself — AI and machine learning, data, security, digital systems. The roles falling away fastest are the clerical and routine ones: data entry, admin, cashiers, records and basic processing.
It is one line drawn twice. On one side of it work is being created; on the other it is being absorbed. Capital placed on the growing side of that line is placed where the next decade is being built.

Real estate, trading and traditional business will not disappear — but the growth is moving. Capital placed in AI infrastructure today is placed where the next decade is being built, not where the last one was. The people who shift early are the ones who will be comfortable in 2030.

A company with a twenty-year record
Spectra Nexus has been delivering since 2004, from headquarters in Dubai and Riyadh.
Forbes Middle East awardee. More than fifty Fortune 500 clients. Over a hundred projects delivered across seven countries. Three world firsts in display and interaction technology.
This is not a start-up raising against a pitch deck. It is an established company funding a specific move at a specific moment, with a written agreement and audited monthly payouts behind it.

Our exclusive AI platform, in acquirer discussions
Spectra Nexus already operates globally — twenty years of delivered work across seven countries. What is new is that SnexusAI, the AI platform we built and own, is now on the table with an acquirer. This is a transaction, not a first launch.
AI Everything Abu Dhabi
The largest AI gathering in the Middle East — and the table where the SnexusAI platform is being negotiated.
